If you have back or joint problems or other physical limitations, your doctor can prescribe rehab sports for you. You train strength, coordination and relaxation in a supervised group – for people with statutory and private health insurance, and participation is free for you.

With an active rehab sports prescription you can also train at the gym at separate rates.

AOK partner
AOK courses – 100% free for AOK members
As an official partner of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, we offer the certified programme “Aktiv und Entspannt” (Active and Relaxed). Each course runs for 8 weeks with one supervised session per week at the studio. Members of other health insurers can take part too – the costs are then usually reimbursed in part.

For a strong posture and less back pain – ideal if you sit a lot or have a physical job.
AOK Kraftausdauertraining
Functional strength training plus endurance, with body weight and on machines – for beginners and experienced people.
AOK Game On
For gamers and anyone who sits a lot: strength, mobility, stability and reaction training, plus workouts for at home.
