Questions about membership
Is there a minimum term?
You choose between 24 months (lowest weekly price), 12 months or the monthly membership for €79 with a one-month term.
Can I pause my membership?
In case of illness, pregnancy or longer trips we’ll find a solution together. Just talk to us.
How do I pay?
Conveniently by SEPA direct debit.
Does my health insurer subsidise the training?
Many health insurers have bonus programmes. Ask your insurer – we’re happy to issue you a certificate.
How do I cancel?
Via the “Cancel contracts here” button or in writing to us.
